Can You Help Me Find The Right Bottle?

We are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Based on our extensive experience in the wine industry, including winemaking and our knowledge of the wineries and the ones they produce, we are uniquely positioned to help you find the right wine for you.

  

 

What If I Don't Like The Wine?

We will accept a return of any wine that is unopened by contacting us within 3 days of receipt. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the returned merchandise. You will also be responsible for the return shipping. No shipping charges are refundable. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact one of our team members and we will work together to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

What If The Shipment Arrives Damaged or Broken?

If you receive a bottle that is spoiled or damaged please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt and save the bottle as we may need it returned to us. You will have the option to receive a replacement (if in stock), a credit, or a refund.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Most ground orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, during busy seasons shipping may take longer to process. Once an order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If for some reason you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
