The full-bodied, Judean Hills wine is produced from the high quality first press juice. During this process, the grapes fermented for two weeks with their skins at a carefully controlled temperature in order to preserve the wide range of flavors nature offers. The wine is unfiltered and barrel aged for 12 months.
